This place is tremendously great! I’ve been coming here fore years, and now is currently under a different administration.Before it was great, and it still is now.The atmosphere was excellent, so was the service and food.I ordered a little bit of everything and it was phenomenal: Lobster Piononos were tasty. Fish Dumplings were fleshy and tasty too.But if you visit this restaurant and don’t order Chillo Frito (Fried Snapper), you will be missing a delicious dish.I made the mistake of ordered a Tiramisu in a Caribbean restaurant. Just don’t. Flan is what you need to have.I definitely recommend this place. Yall have to try it!My wife and I stopped here after searching for a few places to have dinner while visiting this part of the island. We’ve made it a point to visit local restaurants while on vacation here and this place did not disappoint. Service was excellent and the food was tasteful and very delicious. We were greeted into the restaurant and staff was very friendly. They sat us right next to a window looking out to the ocean and sunset was definitely beautiful! They had some type of garlic bread and plantain fish soup they brought over while we looked at the menu, they were both very delish!We order an appetizer, I believe it was called “a small sampler” really good fritters to start! My wife had a lobster with some “mamposteado” which she didn’t like. The server immediately asked her if she liked it or not which she told her she didn’t, she fixed it right away and didn’t ring us up for that side. I had the Mofongo with lobster (garlic sauce) and I was blown away! It was so tasty, Mofongo consistency was perfect (not too soft not too hard) and it had lobster top to bottom. Our server was amazing! She interacted with us and our son throughout our dinner and made sure everything was good while we were there. To finish things off, we ordered the “Tres leches” for dessert and it was so moist and wet. What a delightful experience and dinner. We will certainly visit them again whenever we come back on vacation! Highly recommend!!!

The meal began with a delightful starter of bread served alongside a flavorful tomato-based sauce—a simple yet impressive way to kick things off.While the price was slightly on the higher side, the food proved to be worth every penny. We tried the seafood mofongo, which was absolutely delicious! Adding to the positive experience was the older staff member who attended to us. Though his English was limited, he made a genuine effort to communicate and was incredibly attentive, bringing a warm, personal touch to our visit.

Amazing ambiance and view to the ocean. The server was attentive and the food delicious. This restaurant is a gem in Mayagüez. I hope to be able to come back soon.

Seafood González is an amazing spot — highly recommended! The asopao de mariscos was absolutely incredible, packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care.The carrucho cocktail was another standout — refreshing, tasty, and one of the best I’ve had. Service was great from start to finish, and the medallas were served ice cold, just the way they should be.Overall, an excellent experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

If you are reading this review and are thinking of coming here to eat seafood... Don't think twice!Here you eat tasty!From the toasts and the fish broth on the house, to the drinks and the delicious dishes.This place is cozy and has an amazing view.Our server was Keyla and she is amazing.All the dishes came out good and without mistakes.Without a doubt, on my next vacation, I would return again.Recommended!💯

We asked for mofongo with different types of meats and shrimp. The mofongo did not have taste, dry, hardly any sauce, we had to ask for more sauce.I ordered Mahi-Mahi grill and it was dry.I asked for Ketchup for my French fries and they served tomatoe sauce instead.We paid a lot of money for our meal and were not satisfied at all.Their prices have increased a lot and they are under new ownership.
